For more than ten years, Luis worked across mechanical and product engineering, and since mid 2015 shifted his focus onto data, AI & analytics. He brings a wealth of high-tech and data experience from multiple industries across four continents, from technical sales with LATAM ESAB and aeronautics at Embraer to data science at IBM Canada.
As Dadosfera’s CEO, Luis has negotiated closely with more than 300 companies in Brazil/worldwide to understand how they can maximize their business through data and artificial intelligence.

Co-Founder of Data Hackers, LATAM’s largest (35,000+) data professionals network, Allan has over 10 years of high-tech/software experience. He launched his data career in 2010, making pipelines for the transformation of genetic data at the Institute of Biological Sciences at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG). Allan has worked as a Senior Data Engineer and Tech Lead on many projects for several large companies and tech start-ups, such as Cemig, MaxMilhas, VIVO, and Unimed.
As Dadosfera’s CTO, Allan has led the design and implementation of more than 20 data platform projects in partnership with large organizations like Vallourec, Banco Inter, and Grupo Ânima.
